Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product

• Order cancellation (before shipment)

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.
